Driven by feedback from water resource managers, federal agencies and others, NOAA and partners have developed the Water Resources Dashboard: a one-stop website for relevant water data on drought, flooding, precipitation, climate and other measures.

Earlier this month, NOAA Climate.gov and the Climate Program Office Communications and Education (CommEd) team unveiled a new webpage to track El Niño and La Niña events: www.climate.gov/ENSO.

CPO's David Herring has won the NOAA Dr. Daniel L. Albritton Outstanding Science Communicator Award for 2015. He was honored at an award's ceremony on Dec. 9, 2015.

On July 17, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the American Meteorological Society released the 2014 State of the Climate report. CPO's Climate.gov team created highlights for this report in consultation with the report's editors and authors.

In a visit to the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, President Barack Obama lauded the CPO-led Climate Resilience Toolkit, a key part of his Climate Action Plan.
